Job Responsibilities: What you will do
Schedule: Monday- Friday 8am- 5pm
Location: 2002 W Wahalla Ln, Phoenix, AZ 85027
Process company citations, administer the Transportation Workplace Drug and Alcohol Testing programs, and maintain reporting to ensure company compliance, continuous improvement in CSA basic scores, and data accuracy. Proactively Identify and manage areas for CSA improvement.
- Process all driver citations timely and ensure they are paid accurately in accordance with company policy. Arrange payment to multiple states and/or courts . Submit payroll deductions through company system to facilitate proper allocation of costs.
- Research all citations and assign the costs to the proper personnel, department, terminal and/or courts. Reconcile company citation records with court data daily to ensure accuracy and follow up on any discrepancies.
- Audit expense reports in accordance with department and company requirements. Prepare and distribute reports identifying high risk areas for citations to assist leadership in minimizing associated costs.
- Identify trends with violations and notify leadership of risks or recommendations of changes.
- Maintain the Citations email database and the DOT inspections email database , ensuring all emails are answered or processed in a timely manner.
- Work with DOT inspections team entering in violations into the system of record. Processing accountability if applicable. Assist with verifying all OOS inspections are completed and faxed back to the states.
- Prepare and scan all required documents into document storage.
- Maintain Citation P-Card and accurately document all transactions.
- Audit for events in incorrect coaching status in the DriveCam system. Update unassigned events, update user profiles, create user logins.
- Maintain the DriveCam email database, ensuring all email are answered and processed in a timely manner.
- Audit for open events on termed drivers and update events. Audit for ER Obstruction event errors and correct. Audit for Self Coach events when the driver has moved driver leader folders and update.
- Assist with system maintenance and cleanup. Bulk move events, drivers and trucks to prepare folders for removal
- Maintain a positive work atmosphere by acting and communicating in a manner which facilitates the success of business operations in order to meet company demands and expectations.
- Proactively work to assist others in achieving the organization's objectives.

Qualifications: What you need to bring
- 2+ years related experience required.
- Demonstrated knowledge of State requirements on citation processing, payments and knowledge of each states' permit requirements required.
- Working knowledge of the Federal Motor Carrier Regulations required.
- Swift experience preferred.
- High School Diploma or GED required.
- Must possess excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Must be able to multi-task and possess strong organizational skills.
- Must be able to analyze data with high degree of accuracy.
Pay Range: Starting at $19 an hour
